This is the foundation of our curriculum, Chapters 1–8, where we lay out the science of hitting. We cover planes of motion, bone structure, basic anatomy, fascial slings and lines in action, biomechanics, skill acquisition, and the psychology of coaching. This section builds the shared language and understanding that everything else rests on, giving coaches the scientific framework we use to inform the philosophy and application in the later chapters.
